Due to the fully custom and made-to-order nature of our steering wheels, each product is manufactured to the customer’s individual specifications. Rough production time is 30-40 days and see above for any orders with Forged Carbon.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made or personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, as production is initiated promptly upon order confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that all specifications provided are accurate and final, and you expressly agree that your order is exempt from cancellation rights.
In the event that a cancellation request is considered at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deduct all costs incurred, including (but not limited to) manufacturing, materials, labour, and supplier charges.
