Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To start a return, please contact us at support@drivyncustoms.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Important Notes:
Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
